5 Fresh Japanese Maple Cuttings – Acer palmatum – Bonsai or Propagation Project
Description
Grow one of the garden’s most graceful and admired ornamental trees.
This listing includes five fresh, unrooted Japanese maple cuttings taken from a healthy, established parent tree. Japanese maples are valued for their delicate foliage, elegant branching and outstanding seasonal color. They can become beautiful landscape specimens, patio features or bonsai projects.
You will receive:
- Five fresh, unrooted cuttings
- Approximately ___ inches long
- Carefully wrapped to retain moisture
- Basic propagation instructions
- One extra cutting when available
Important: Japanese maple cuttings can be challenging to root and are best suited to growers with some propagation experience. These are not rooted plants, and successful rooting is not guaranteed. Rooting hormone, sterile medium, warmth and consistently high humidity are strongly recommended.
The photographs show the actual parent tree. Cuttings may vary naturally in size, shape and leaf color.
